Jill (the baker/designer) has over 10 years’ experience in the Wedding industry from a business that began from humble origins (working as a hobby for friends and family), and in 2011 it evolved into a full‑fledged custom cake business.
Their Wedding cakes are typically bespoke and couture, meaning highly customised to the couple’s vision and often made to match wedding themes, florals, dress styles, and venues. Styles range from elegant and minimalist (“white on white”, clean lines, simple colour palettes, classical finishes) to decorative, textured, and ornate.
Some Wedding cakes feature pleats, fondant bows, lambeth piping, floral halos, drips, etc. They’re good at blending in with the wedding décor, working with florists, coordinating with styling, complementing the bridal gown or venue architecture.
Jill‑i‑cious Cakes offer a variety of flavours and can accommodate preferences. Vegan and plant‑based options are available too. Finishes are both fondant and buttercream depending on the design.
