Its flexible, “blank canvas” approach allows couples to bring in their own choice of vendors, including caterers, bars, and decorators, giving complete creative control over the style and ambiance of the wedding day. The estate provides both indoor and outdoor spaces for ceremonies and receptions.

There are multiple ceremony locations on the property, including flat areas and wooded spots, each offering stunning photographic opportunities. The indoor reception space is air-conditioned and comfortably accommodates 60–80 seated guests with a dance floor, or up to 100–120 guests for non-dining events. Outdoors, there is a cocktail area with a fire-pit and seating that overlooks Mount Maroon, ideal for evening gatherings and casual moments.

The venue also includes essential infrastructure such as a cold room for catering, a backup generator for uninterrupted power, and on-site parking. Wedding packages at Maroon Hill Estate include exclusive use of the estate, on-site accommodation for up to eight guests, furniture for both indoor and outdoor areas, a sound system and PA, and an on-day coordinator to help manage the event. Additional inclusions cover waste removal and a choice of ceremony locations with furniture already provided. The estate allows BYO alcohol, provided it is served by an RSA-qualified person, and pets are permitted during the ceremony until sunset.

Couples are given flexibility with vendor selection, which allows them to tailor the event according to their vision. While the venue provides extensive amenities, there are some conditions to keep in mind. Outdoor music must end by 11:00 pm, and all guests must depart by 11:30 pm. The property is off-grid, so vendors must plan for power needs and adhere to specific vehicle access rules to protect the grounds.
