From its owner Nat’s warm Australian hospitality to the exquisite fusion flavours (like pandan & Thai milk tea!), every aspect is finely tuned for delight.

Meet Natasha “Nat” Halim, a classically trained pastry chef with an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality (Pâtisserie) from Le Cordon Bleu, Sydney inspired by the vibrant street food of her travels, Nat infused her love of sugar artistry into creating cakes that are as joyous to look at as they are to taste.

Eventually, she swapped the hustle of commercial kitchens to nurture her passion in her own home studio—thus, Flourette Cake Atelier was born.

Flourette’s menu reads like a culinary adventure with falvours including: Mochaccino – chocolate with brown sugar espresso buttercream /  Lady Berry – vanilla blueberry cake with strawberry custard buttercream / Kyoto Hōjicha – roasted green tea with salted burnt caramel buttercream / Red Velvet – classic with cream cheese hint / Lemon Grey – earl grey milk cake with lemon curd & meringue buttercream /  Cookies & Cream, Asian Fusion (pandan & coconut with Thai milk tea), Carrot Cloud, and Heavenly Chocolate.
